My faith story: I grew up Catholic and attended church on a regular basis with my family. When my husband Rob and I married we joined the Catholic church in our community. When Rob and I had children we were invited to attend a Lutheran Church where my children went to pre-K. We attended service, continued to go and really felt comfortable there. It was then that we started to find a more personal connection in our faith. When we moved to Florida we hoped we could find another church to grow in. We were asked to attend UCUMC with a friend. The friendly warmth and welcoming personalities told us that this was going to be our new home!
What brought me to UCUMC: A friend invited us to go.
What I like most about my ministry here: I love people and enjoy helping people make connections. This church has brought me so much happiness and I want to share it with other people.
What's your greatest challenge: Keeping everything balanced in my life
What's in your iPod: I don't have an iPod...but some of my favorite bands are 'Third Day', 'Natalie Grant', 'Casting Crowns', 'Francesca Battistelli'..to name a few.
What do I like most to do on my day off: Spending time with my husband, two kids and two Labradors at the beach or park.
Three words I'd use to describe yourself: Happy, Sincere, Friendly
Family info: I've been married for 16 years to my wonderful husband Rob and have two beautiful children ages 13 and 10...and of course our two sweet Labrador Retrievers. We love living in Florida!
