Reserve / Rent a Room

For rentals: University Carillon rents out rooms for community and personal events when our schedule permits. Once your request has been received it will be reviewed in our weekly meeting to determine if we can accommodate your request. Your fees will be based on the resources required or requested. We will email you with any questions that we have. We plan our activities, rooms, and staff a week in advance; requests that are short notice will not be considered.

For church-related events: Once your form has been completed it will be sent to our coordinator, where it will be reviewed at our weekly meeting. You will then be contacted to discuss the date/time/location requested.
