Free childcare will be provided for all pastoral-led
worship and programs.
For other events and activities, the nursery will be open and available on
a fee for service prescheduled reservation basis within a predetermined schedule. The
current schedule will be posted at the Nursery as well as on the website. Parents
will be required to reserve a space for their child so the nursery can be staffed
appropriately or closed if there is no demand on a particular night.
If there are two or fewer children expected, then those parents may be contacted
and assisted in making other childcare arrangements. If the situation arises
whereby reservations have been made, and no children show up, the ministry that
is hosting the event will be informed and may be charged the staffing cost. Reservations
will be submitted to the ministry leader and then forwarded to the nursery
director.
The nursery schedule will be made available and any new proposed activities
will need to consider the nursery schedule and coordinate with the nursery
director
for childcare needs.
